1. Purpose & Scope
BENGAL CEO ("the Platform") operates an exclusive network and editorial publication for founders, chief executives, and corporate directors. We hold the confidentiality of executive communications and corporate data to the highest standard. This policy describes our collection, handling, storage, and protection practices.
2. Corporate Information Collected for Verification
To maintain high-trust executive integrity across the network, we collect and independently verify:
- Executive identity: Full legal name, official title, business email, and verified contact numbers.
- Corporate records: Corporate Identification Number (CIN), Director Identification Number (DIN), GSTIN, and company registered office details.
- Professional credentials: Biography, industry sector, corporate website, and verified achievements.
- Financial billing: Transaction references processed through authorized payment gateway partners (Razorpay). We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.
3. Public vs. Private Executive Information
Members maintain granular control over their profile visibility:
- Publicly Visible: Approved founder name, designated company, verified badge, industry category, approved editorial articles, and public RFP summaries.
- Private & Protected: Personal phone numbers, direct tax identifiers (PAN), financial invoices, and private executive direct messages are strictly restricted to authorized participants and administrative compliance personnel.
4. Zero Data Commercialization
BENGAL CEO maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against data brokering. We will never sell, lease, rent, or trade executive member lists, company details, or communications to third-party telemarketers or advertisers.
5. Data Security & Storage
All user sessions, cryptographic tokens, and transmitted documents are secured using TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 standard encryption at rest. Audit logging is maintained for administrative actions and moderation reviews.
6. Member Rights & Erasure
Members may request a complete export of their account history or request account deactivation and removal of public directory listings at any time through Account Settings or by notifying the Secretariat at hello@bengalceo.com.
